Cash buyer looking to buy a car last weekend...had something I was interested in...nobody would wait on me so had to go inside to find someone ...again nobody interested in helping me..finally dragged a guy named James outside to help me...opened the car...I asked to test drive and he told me not until I filled out a credit app? What? Paying cash. I could understand if I looked questionable but I am a generic clean cut business man nicely dressed and drove up in a new vehicle...I guess they only like dealing with people they can take advantage of...strange...went down the street and bought from a place that was happy to accept CASH

I have been purchasing cars for 30 years now and while there are many dishonest dealerships most are smart enough to respect consumers in today's market. These guys are the prototypical used car dealership that give all other dealers a bad name. Stopped to look at a vehicle as I was in the market but was not really planning to purchase that day. Very high pressure. Kept asking what it was going to take to get me to buy the car. I actually did like the car but we could not agree on terms and had a meeting to go to which I told them several times but they kept stalling by playing the old "who has his keys game" (they took my keys to appraise my car for trade)...finally got my keys back and they ran after me on my way out telling me they would do my terms if I purchased that day. Told them I would think about it...was late to my meeting with a client. Called back later and told them I would do the deal they said great but we are closing lets make an appointment tomorrow for you to sign the papers and pick up the car. Great. Showed up with all the required docs they asked for to take delivery and noticed someone else was out driving the vehicle. Said they wanted to "renegotiate" now that someone else was interested in the vehicle. When I asked what happened to our deal they said that was only good yesterday..LOL.. Unbelievable..classic ..it's like buying a car back in the 70's...I liked the car but what really makes me mad is the disrespect they have for individuals and their time...they like to play all the games...if you enjoy that treatment...if not I would stay clear there are better options in Arlington
