I went in to return some jewelry that I paid for using Visa and was told by two cashiers that they would not be able to credit my Visa and would instead issue Kohl's Cash for half of what I paid. They said it was corporate policy. I have shopped at Kohl's enough to know that wasn't true, so went to another Kohl's location and received full credit to my Visa for the return. I am sharing so that if others encounter a similar situation to try another Kohl's location.
Kohls is great outher than there incredibly pushy about getting a Kohls card. If I want a credit card I will apply but seriously they basically beg you to apply it really needs to stop.

I always receive outstanding service. Today it was Joan. She SMILES! She thanked me. I was going to pay cash and she explained how much more I would save using my card. I did. It saved me 30% more. Today because of Joan's excellent service I left saving 67.00. She didn't have to do that. A smile goes along way in making customers feel appreciated. Thank you Joan.
