Jeremy helped in planning and directing my mother's funeral. He was organized and sensitive and handled all of the details correctly. The obituary was posted on time and programs for the memoral service were provided with the detail of the officiant's name added that I had forgotten to request. It was a relief to have this help at a difficult time.

Our interactions were mostly with the experienced representative Flossie and she made sure we knew we could contact her or the Home whenever we had concerns.
