I just wish my mom and her friend were treated with a bit more mercy after having lost so much with the hurricane...very sad....and disappointed because this store did not represent the TEXAS heart of compassion.
Maybe....JUST MAYBE....you people should ask for ID when people use a credit card. Pardon me...a STOLEN credit card??? Just a thought. Some punk used a copy of MY credit xard and bought 700 dollars worth of stuff at your place. If u would have asked for ID, guess what? It wouldnt have happened.
Pathetic
I have found some deals here. The few times I did need help, I wasn't able to get help. I also signed up for their rewards program, but felt I never could find the orange tags to take advantage of the savings. I used the coupons in the Val Pak and signed up for their mailers. That worked well when I purchased tools and parts as gifts.
Great enviroment, well maintained, nice staff with exceptional customer service 100%. Especially a young man, i think Jarod or jared he helped me pick what was the best fit for my need and he also Knows what and where the items are at in just a couple seconds. Also Alexus or Alexis, young woman, great cashier and also helped me get the reward program. Yay, overall satisfied.
I went Saturday night and bought some boots for my daughter then went again Sunday with my whole family to go look around but this time wasn't the same! We were being followed by a white heavy set women I'm guessing the manager at the time? She made it so obvious that we just rather left. I felt offended and discriminated! The night before wasn't like that but I guess it was a different lady. It was rude! I will NEVER go back. I rather drive farther out than to deal with someone like that!
I was greeted with a "8 mins and close" As I ran from their Arlington branch to buy a generator for my mom and her friend that came to visit me with the goal of buying a new generator so they can have some form of sustainability after the hurricane that hit them in Puerto Rico. We found the generator and they guy told us that we can't take it on the plane...turns out you can....but since they were closing we had no chance of making sure...as we were trying to call American Airlines to double check that information they kicked us out.....and the same person who said "8 mins before closing" (girl with red hair) was looking at us LIVID!
