The place is clean and machines work well. Only NEGATIVE...being our first visit here, we were unfamiliar with the rules. My wife put clothes in a dryer and the attendant comes over and without explaining the procedure tells her that she has to use the big dryers because the ones we were using were for people who wash theit clothes there. Her tone was not very pleasant. My wife had already put in two quarters and tried to retrieve them. The woman asked her what she was doing and she told her about the money. One quarter didn't come out and she was told...oh well.
Too bad her customer service skills were lacking. She made it unpleasant but because our dryer is broken and the laundromat nearest to us was busy, this place was our only option close to home. NEVER COMING BACK HERE...GIVING IT A COUPLE OF STARS BECAUSE OF THE CLEANLINESS. TOOK AWAY TWO STARS BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE.
Good service and free dryers to those who wash clothes there. Also, they save me 50 cents a load compared to my apartment complex machines. Overall, pretty good deal.
Great laundry mat, 2 big dryers you pay for the small dryers are free if you wash there. Clean place too. Isn't that packed when I go so that's nice too.
I inserted three coins to get tide but did not get anything, I could not find any number anywhere to call thier staff.
This place is absolute GOLD!!! Yes, the dryers are free for ten minute intervals, only when u pay to wash!!! Don't be fooled by the outside parking area (there are other local business within the plaza), plenty of parking in the back where it is clean and safe. This laundromat is very clean, with friendly staff and owners. I have met some amazing people with great conversation while simply doing laundry. Again, great place to get in and out any day of the week (including weekends), FREE DRYERS, clean facility, with friendly staff.
