I called A-1 to get my house rekeyed. Jessica took my call and was very pleasant and sweet to talk to. She set me right up with an appointment same day and the tech they sent out, Travis (Tech 205) showed up. Travis took off his shoes out of respect for my home even after I told him he didn’t have to. He rekeyed both my front and back door. During that time I had two of my kids home and he was very kind to them even though my youngest kept getting in his way lol. The technician made sure all four of my keys worked before leaving and he made the payment process very easy. I would recommend A-1 for their fast and professional service!
