The local Friendly staff serves politly and fast. The food is homemade. They offer pizzas pastas and subs created with quality.. Additionally, the commitment to local people in need is displayed throughout the store. They have a strong following and connexion in the community.
Don't say open until 9pm and not allow pick up orders at 15 til. Not asking for delivery or anything extra. Just wanted to pick up some food. Bad business.
Fast, fresh and affordable New York style pizza (medium thick crust, HUGE nearly floppy slices, slightly sweet sauce). I was greeted on the way in and immediately ask if I had any questions. The pizza was brought out very quickly and was fantastic. They thanked my for coming on my way out. Polite and fast, I couldn't ask for more.
They get one star only because zero was not an option. Ordered Pizza for delivery. Service was horrible. Person answering the phone barely spoke English. Shady Lake Circle became "Cherry Lane". Tried giving my credit card number but phone guy did not understand English numbers. They put someone else on the phone who wasn't much better. After @ 15 minutes on the phone the order was taken. Food delivery person showed up 1 hour and 20 minutes later with cold pizza looking to get paid cash after I had PAINFULLY provided credit card number on the phone. I told them I would not pay for it and refused delivery. Will never order from here again and recommend you don't either.
We have been going to Joe's for years and get the same thing every time...a large or XL cheese pizza sometimes with a salad. We love the the pizza because it is thin and doesn't have too much sauce. Tonight we ordered our normal order and we're surprised at the pizza we recieved. It was definitely a cheese pizza, but it was extremely doughy and had a ton of cheese. Cheese is good, but there can be too much. I called to inquire if the recipe had changed and was told "no but let me check with the cook". After holding for 5 minutes I finally hung up. This is the only time in all these years we have been disappointed with the pizza and the service. No one is perfect so I am hoping this was a one off. Otherwise; we will be finding a new spot.
