This is a wonderful and I do mean wonderful place for all your fish tank needs. If you are having problems with your fish tank this is where you need to go. They will take good care of all your needs.
They have a great selection of fish. And the guy who helped me (sorry I forgot your name) was beyond helpful, anytime I need aquarium stuff, Ill be going here.
Mostly I love this place. They have a large selection of fish, decor, food and treatments. But I have one big complaint. When I arrive late at night, I always see 4 or 5 employees chatting in the aisle near the registers. They are all facing the doors, about 15 feet away. I walk inside and get a big cart to take out to my car for my water containers. No one says so much as "Hi." I would expect one of the employees to offer to help, especially since it's dark, they aren't doing anything and I'm the only customer in the store. Only when I start to pass where they are standing, the cart nearly touching them, does someone ask, "What kind of water?" That's it, that's all they say, every time. If no one was there, i wouldn't care about this at all. That's daytime though, when they are busy and have customers.
There is a tank here filled with nothing but dead shrimp. I have no idea how but they are just sitting at the bottom of the tank... I don't feel these people take good care of the animals, shop elsewhere if you care about animals
Knowledgeable staff. Good selection. Great place to buy water for tanks.
