Charged me around $75 just to “check what was wrong with the car”, they did the job and I expected it to be over but then the check engine light came back on and they checked my car, this time thoroughly, and found the real problem... they tried charging me an extra $800 on top of the $600 I had already spent. Job should’ve been done right the first time for a $75 charge to “check the car”.
These guys really know their stuff, and some of the most trustworthy guys out there. I'll tell anyone looking for a mechanic to come here. I've recommended many of my friends, and they've all become lifetime customers. I once had a wire become disconnected causing my panel lights to not work. They fixed it for no charge. They will definitely give you a straight answer with no bull.
Simply the best I've ever found. Honesty, integrity, super friendly and helpful. Went in with a worn out Jeep and drove away with it driving just as good as when I bought it 12 years and 100k miles ago. Everything from engine, suspension, brakes, and radiator work done in record time, even saved me a couple hundred dollars. Their techs are top notch and the service staff is the best I've ever seen anywhere.
If you are looking for a Professional and Trustworthy repair shop...this is the place. Caesar and the team went above and beyond to fix my car. I had gone to another repair shop for estimates and work needing to be done for my car to pass inspection. I was told I needed brake pads and two new tires. Apparently this was not the case and I was able to save quite a bit of money on needless repairs.
Great company with excellent customer service! Finally an auto shop that I can trust! I had a check engine light come on after I had an oil change done from a different company. I took it to Carrollton Complete Automotive to get it checked out. They quickly found what was wrong and explained that oil was spilled in my engine during the oil change and it ruined an O2 Sensor. They spoke to the service manager of the company who did the oil change and helped me get my car fixed for free (including covering the diagnostic fee). I couldn't be happier with Carrollton Complete Automotive. They were very responsive and friendly with honest quotes/suggestions on repairs. From now on my family will be using Carrollton Complete for all of our vehicle servicing and repairs.
