I called to ask how much an alignment was and if they had different hours since it's Good Friday. The guy was pretty rude about my quick questions saying he was busy and had to call me back. If you're busy put me on hold and come back with your full attention. I politely said thanks and have a good day. He hung up without saying a word. Seems like this is not a good customer service experience simply with a phone call. Never will this chain have my business. Plus their alignment cost is a joke.
