When I needed movers, I checked with friends and neighbors, many of whom used Black Tie and all gave them a ringing endorsement, and now I can certainly see why.
We had a 6 man/2 truck crew so we could be as quick and efficient as possible and they moved my stuff in less than 5 hours (3500 sqft). The day before my move they offered me a less expensive option but I needed it done ASAP so declined, but good for them looking out for the customer! The guys and lady were great, super helpful, and very accommodating making sure everything was great. We couldn’t have asked for a more seamless transition to our new place!
Chance and Randy did a fantastic job. They were on time, had me go through the paperwork, as soon as we were done with that they got right to work. I have a solid wood king bed frame and they got it down from the third floor of our apartment with little to no issues. They were all around great and definitely recommend them for anyone looking to do any sort of moving.
My movers, Ray and Carl were great! They showed up on time, with a call ahead of arrival to let me know about their estimated arrival time. They were quick and quiet (I had some roommates that were asleep, as my appointment window started early in the morning), and penultimate professionals. I would absolutely use Black Tie Moving for future moves and would recommend them to others.
We used Frank, Robert and Mario from Black Tie for a local move -- Uptown to Plano, TX -- and I couldn't be happier. These 3 guys were first of all, exactly on time, and then were extremely careful (we were moving from a third floor walk-up to a one story and had some hard to move stuff like gym equipment), very conscientious and hard working, no fooling around or foot dragging, polite and respectful. I was charged about half what I was expecting to pay. I have recommended Black Tie, and especially these 3 guys, to anyone who is looking for an excellent moving company.
First: They were absolutely amazing from my first phone call to the final handshake goodbye. They have been, by far, the most professional and polite company I have worked with ever - any company not just movers!
Let’s talk about how professional these gentlemen were. They showed up on time, were super personable AND fast! Along with the speed came accuracy. Every item was wrapped and packed perfectly. The load and unload was a breeze. Naive and Sam made this move a very pleasant experience. This is the second time we have used them and plan to use them again in the future! Best moving company in dfw hands down.
