Amazing experience. Spoke with Earl and he was awesome. We worked out a plan that scheduled the crew my family needed to get our truck unloaded and into the new house. Once scheduled Jasmine took over and she made sure to update us on everything as it came up. The guys that showed up were awesome. Professional, courteous and patient with the boss of the house as she decided where everything needed to be.
I have moved over 11 times in 31 years of marriage because my spouse was in the military. This move, however, was on our own dime. I want to say first that the gentlemen that actually did the packing and moving were excellent. They worked hard and were so polite and respectful. That being said every other aspect of the move was terrible. I had someone come out and look at all we had to move and was told that if I did this the cost of the move would never be higher than the quote given. Well after half a day Element Moving and Storage called and said they didn’t estimate correctly and I would need another truck. They did give me a discount on the price of the truck but their “Schtick” is that if someone comes out and looks at all your stuff and gives you an estimate it will never be higher than the estimate. So I ended up having to pay more in the day if the move. I was also told that if we unpacked the boxes ourselves that when we were finished they would come out and pick up all the boxes. After we finished unpacking I did just that and was told I was never told that and I would have to get rid of the boxes myself. I had to get ugly about it which I don’t like to do and they eventually did come out and pick up the boxes. I now have had to call four times to get someone to call me back on the claim which we filed for some damage that occurred. I understand that people are busy but it should not take four phone calls to get an answer from a customer whom has already paid for services. All this being said I would not recommend this company at all....they were a hassle to deal with and were just a total frustration

The moving crew was excellent! They were very cordial and sweet, and they did a great job taking all of my things. They made sure to wrap everything very well so that nothing would break. They explained the whole process as they were going, and that really helped put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them!
The Element moving crew were very easy to work with to schedule a time and date for our move. Especially helpful, friendly and patient to accommodate our needs. They arrived when scheduled and the movers were very diligent, safe and careful with our items. Nothing was broken, and they even worked extra to pack up another load that wasn't planned. I would definitely use the Element again! Thanks Element!
